A diversity of backgrounds and profiles
The broad spectrum of the MBA programme allows students to meet their career expectations in today’s global and changing marketplace. Audencia MBA students are a reflection of the multicultural and diverse workplace as more than 75% of students come from outside France to study in English in Nantes. The average age is around 32 with more than seven years of professional experience.
Prior to joining the MBA, the majority of students have an engineering or scientific background, but profiles from fields as diverse as pharmaceutical, agro-food, legal and retail sectors are also well represented. All participants have had significant management experience.
Claudia Arezio Ricardo, a tele communications solutions architect from Brazil, searched for a year for the right MBA programme. Looking at technology and innovation-based programmes in a number of countries - particularly in the US, a popular destination for Brazilians - Claudia could not find one that offered everything she wanted.
