A series of seminars organised throughout the year are designed to complement the knowledge acquired during the elective and core courses by helping students manage their career choices and develop their soft skills.

A joint seminar on Business Ethics is held each year with Politecnico di Milano.

My workshops on the MBA programme aim to develop participants’ managerial skills. By using concepts based on management, psychology and sociology, we try to understand the foundations of human behaviour in order to better manage individuals and teams.
Holding a one-week business ethics seminar in Milan for MBA students from MIP and Audencia was indeed enriching. Throughout the seminar the students were able to exchange views and experience similar academic demands from a different perspective.
